What can you do when a recipe calls for you to place your baked goods on a 'wire rack' to cool after removing from the oven, but you don't have one?



As a quick and simple hack - remove your grill from the oven and place on the kitchen counter - turn it upside down or prop it up on something (evenly) so it's not flat on the counter and air can get underneath.

Place your baked goods on top to cool and you're good to go! :)
